My slope shouldered Dreadnought is a hybrid of sorts, making
good use of all that I love of the vintage slope dreads, yet also making
good use of my forward-thinking use of carbon fiber and aggressive bracing
systems, voiced herein to pull itself further toward the vintage "AJ" tone
and power. Pictured below is a red spruce topped, Madagascar Rosewood
example, aptly named "The Eh-Jay" as a nod to its Canadian roots and my
fondness for our local birds, the Whiskey Jay, who visit my shop window each
and every day, as a feed them. As always, there are endless wood and option
combinations available.
